Visa has launched the Visa Masters of Movement program to bring football, art and NFTs together for fans ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar.
visa. Visa Masters of Movement, the official payment technology partner of FIFA, is a first-of-its-kind hybrid experience featuring pre-event NFT auctions and immersive activations for fans at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
According to a press release shared with Coinjournal, the Visa Masters of Movement auction will feature digital art inspired by the legendary soccer player’s iconic goal.
The digital art has been minted into a unique NFT and made available on the Crypto.com platform. Visa added that the experience will come to life on an interactive pitch at the FIFA Fan Festival in Doha, Qatar later this month.
The event allows fans to create digital art inspired by their signature moves. Visa explained that eligible fans will have the option of minting this digital art into their own NFT in partnership with Crypto.com, the official cryptocurrency trading platform sponsor of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

Visa has announced that from today (12:00 PM GMT) until November 8th (9:00 PM GMT) football fans around the world will be able to bid on the Visa Masters of Movement NFT on Crypto.com.
Five unique works of art inspired by the goals of legendary football stars from the FIFA World Cup and FIFA Women’s World Cup have been brought together for auction, the team explained: Jared Borgetti, Tim Cahill, Carli Lloyd, Michael Owen and Maxi. Rodriguez was cast in NFT.
