Ticketmaster scouts productization of enterprise NFTs beyond ticketing

New job postings by Ticketmaster, America’s largest ticketing company, show mainstream interest in exploring new revenue streams. Non-fungible token (NFT).

Based in New York, the new role of Ticketmaster aims to complement the recently launched NFT Marketplace while supporting the commercialization of NFTs.

Similarly, crypto exchange Binance recently entered the NFT ticketing business in partnership with football club Societa Sportiva Lazio for the 2022-2023 season.

In an announcement sent to Cointelegraph, Binance emphasized that NFT tickets can solve the problem of fake tickets and scalping. In addition to providing access to events, Binance plans to use NFT-based tickets for a variety of use cases, including discounts on available stores and matches, and personalized experiences.
