According to a statement shared by Jasmine Gao, Nike’s senior product manager, .SWOOSH (Web3’s community-driven platform for digital art) will go live on Wednesday, January 25, 2023.

The platform has been in development and beta testing since mid-November 2022. Enthusiasts in that community decided that AF1-inspired sneakers would be the first digital art to be released on .SWOOSH.
The opportunity to co-create virtual shoes and jerseys with leading Nike designers is the new ecosystem’s “killing feature.” All products are delivered as “interactive digital objects”.
