January 2023 Reaches Nearly $1 Billion in 30 Days With 41% Increase – Markets and Prices Bitcoin News

According to data recorded on February 1, 2023, sales of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) increased by 41.96% from the previous month. Additionally, the number of digital collectible transactions increased by more than 22% last month.

NFT sales reflected cryptocurrency sales in January 2023, increasing 41.96% from December 2022 to reach $997.53 million. Of the 20 blockchain networks, Ethereum led his NFT turnover with $784.87 million, or 78.681% of the total, according to data from for the moon.

In terms of January 2023 best-selling NFT collection, Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) NFT generated $71.24 million in sales. BAYC’s sales have increased 45% since December. Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) sales increased 47.91% last month, with NFT sales reaching $58.85 million.

Bored Ape Kennel Club (BAKC) NFT sales increased 309% month-over-month to total $42.33 million. The rest of the top NFT collections are Azuki, Otherdeed, Art Blocks, Sorare, Degods, Captainz, and Hausphases.

Sales for the top five NFT collections were $242.56 million in January, accounting for 24.31% of total sales. His top 10 NFT projects have total sales of $336.26 million, representing 33.70% of total sales of $997.53 million this month.

The fourth and fifth most expensive NFTs were Cryptopunk #9,092 selling for $496,903 and BAYC #8,483 selling for $490,333.

In terms of 30-day sales volume, Opensea led the pack with 40% of its sales last month on the NFT Marketplace. NFT marketplace Blur captured 32% of his 30-day sales, while X2Y2 recorded 8% of sales for the month. According to statistics, Magic Eden NFT sales accounted for about 7% of payment transactions for the month, while Lookrare accounted for 2% of his NFT sales over the past 30 days.
