Division Street has launched an NFT platform called the “Ducks of a Feather” that connects Oregon student athletes to fans, boosters and collectors. Revenues from the platform will directly benefit Oregon student athletes.
NFT’s first collection (short for non-fungible tokens) is a collaboration with the Oregon football team called the “Flying Formation”. Tinker Hatfield, a Nike designer and graduate of the University of Oregon, designed 120 unique works of art to be auctioned.

Each NFT sold comes with a unique physical pair of UO Special Edition Nike Air Max 1 designed by Hatfield. It represents a unique NFT on the tongue of the shoe and features a Hatfield signature.
Ownership of the NFT grants the right to claim Air Max shoes. Each NFT is associated with a unique pair of special edition shoes with their own size and serial number. There will be a billing period when NFT owners will be able to redeem their shoes in the future.
According to the Ducks of a Feather website, each NFT is inspired by Hatfield’s own experience as an Oregon student athlete who competed in athletics as a pole vaulter before joining Nike.
“As a former Oregon student athlete, I clearly remember the sense of brotherhood that exists within the team. I’m honored to be able to create a depiction of that brotherhood through the design of the Flying Formation,” Hatfield said. Said. “I am very passionate about schools and athletes.
