The country that loves NFTs most turns out to be Montenegro, but the country that hates NFTs most is Poland. Singapore, on the other hand, is the country of greatest interest in NFTs.
The results were obtained by analyzing Google’s search volume and Twitter’s sentiment.
Interest in Axie Infinity
Data from North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Oceania, and Africa show that Axie Infinity is the most searched NFT community.
With the exception of North America and Africa, Axie Infinity has little interest. Decentraland.. Anyway, Axie has emerged as a clear winner in each of these regions.
In North America, Decentraland has emerged as the clear winner of Google search results. Although occupying most of the area, Axie Infinity, Sorare, and Bored Apes are still photographed as a minority in the southern cities.
Africa is the only region where NFTs are curious and have no clear winner. The country is divided into Decentraland, Axie Infinity, Sorare, and Bored Apes. Townstars have also succeeded in securing a small area within Africa.
South America, on the other hand, is the only region that has no interest in Decentraland, Bored Apes, etc. Axie Infinity dominates the entire area and only Chile is interested in the sandbox.
Interest in NFT
In addition to filtering the specific NFT collections that each region is interested in, the study also analyzed the overall interest in NFTs. This section was evaluated by calculating the number of monthly searches for “NFTs” per million people.
With 18,717 searches per month, Singapore has emerged as the country of greatest interest in NFTs in general. Hong Kong and Canada are second and third, followed by Singapore, with 15,213 and 12,358 searches, respectively.
The United States ranks fifth on the list with a monthly search for “NFTs” of 10.677.
Empathy for NFT
In this study, we analyzed Twitter’s sentiment to understand which regions love NFTs the most.
The results show that Poland is the country most disliked by NFTs, producing almost a quarter (22.7%) of negative NFT tweets worldwide. Nicaragua and Belize follow Poland as the second and third on the list.
Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Luxembourg are among the top three countries that love NFTs most.
The United States did not make either list. Despite the boring monkey domination in the area, an anti-NFT protest took place in the city of New York on June 20th.
